A HUGE flock of sheep made a quick escape on Tuesday after their shepherd fell asleep.
The 1,300 strong flock made a run for it in the town of Huesca.
Police were called after getting reports of sheep running loose on the streets.
When the shepherd eventually woke up he, with the help of police, recaptured the sheep and led them to their destined pastures by 7 am.
It’s not the first time animals have gone rogue in Spain, in May a hippo made a run for it in Huelva after escaping from a circus.
